Harvested Zambezi Teak Shangani Ndlovu Dining Table

 When our Zambezi Teak, also known as Rhodesian Teak, arrives at our Savanna Wood manufacturing facilities, it undergoes rigorous and meticulous grading to ensure that only the very best lumber is approved for furniture production.

This valuable, premium grade timber is then left untouched until properly seasoned. Therefore, until the wood exhibits ideal levels of moisture content, no further steps in the construction process are taken. The waiting period may stretch on for months, but is strictly enforced to ensure that the final product is of the highest quality.

The Shangani Ndlovu Dining Table takes its name from the impressive African Elephant, “Ndlovu”, a strong and majestic mammal. It is fitting therefore that this dining table be named after such a magnificent creature as the Shangani Ndlovu Dining Table is also extremely strong and astonishingly impressive.

A final coat of nitrocellulose lacquer is applied to further protect your investment from day-to-day wear and tear.
